Terms and Conditions for Life Coaching Services

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the services of [Your Name or Business Name] ("Life Coach"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms outline the legal obligations and rights concerning the provision of life coaching services and are enforceable by law.

2. Description of Services The Life Coach provides general life coaching services as described on the Life Coach's website or promotional materials. These services include, but are not limited to, one-on-one sessions, group sessions, and digital content related to self-improvement, goal setting, and personal growth.

3. Session Scheduling All sessions are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement between the Client and the Life Coach. The Client is responsible for ensuring that they are available at the agreed-upon times.

4. Fees and Payment Fees for life coaching services are due and payable in advance of the session unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods of payment will be listed by the Life Coach. Fees may be subject to change with prior notice to the Client.

5. Cancellation Policy The Client agrees to notify the Life Coach at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the Client may be charged a cancellation fee as outlined in the Life Coach's cancellation policy.

6. No Guarantees The Life Coach makes no guarantees or warranties regarding any specific outcomes or results from the use of the coaching services. The Life Coach's role is to support and assist the Client in reaching their own goals; however, achieving those goals remains the responsibility of the Client.

7. Confidentiality The Life Coach will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client during sessions except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability The Life Coach will not be liable for any claims for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services not limited to damages arising from the Client's decisions or actions following their coaching sessions.

9. Intellectual Property All materials provided by the Life Coach, including but not limited to worksheets, tools, and webinars, are proprietary and owned by the Life Coach. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without the express written consent of the Life Coach.

10. Termination Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments will be due immediately.

11. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through mediation, followed by binding arbitration, if necessary. Both parties agree to bear their own costs in connection with any mediation or arbitration proceedings.

12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country].

13. Amendments These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time by the Life Coach, with such amendments becoming effective upon notification to the Client.
